Returns and withdrawal

Service fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Because deliverables are prepared after confirmation, statutory withdrawal rules may be limited once execution has started. The following summary is non-exhaustive.

Cooling-off

Where the law grants a cooling-off period for distance contracts, the period runs from the day the agreement is concluded unless a different rule applies to business customers.

Partial performance

If you request early commencement before the cooling-off period ends, you may be charged for services already rendered in line with applicable provisions.

Invoicing disputes

Invoice questions should be raised through the contact channel within fourteen days of the invoice date. Supporting details help resolve discrepancies quickly.
